Terms of Service for Escaan Inspection

At Escaan Inspection, we aim to provide transparency and peace of mind by protecting both your money and your sanity. Our Terms of service are clear, fair, and free from hidden surprises, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. We operate with a strict policy focused on a positive attitude, believing that attitude is contagious. We’re here to support you through the stress of property renting, leasing, buying or selling in Kuwait, and we’ll always go the extra mile to ensure things turn out well. Our Policies

• Cancellations: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your inspection, there’s no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur full charges.
• Property Access: It’s your responsibility to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we’re denied entry, we’ll charge the full inspection fee.
• Delays: Any delays or access issues that prevent us from completing the inspection on time will result in the full inspection fee being charged.
• Inspection Completion: If we’re unable to complete the inspection due to the property not being ready or interference from others, we’ll charge in full.
• Future Incidents: Escaan Inspection isn’t responsible for any issues arising after the inspection, though we document all findings.
• MEW Connection: Ensure MEW is connected before the inspection. If not, some areas may be compromised.
• Look but Don’t Touch: We observe but don’t move objects or furniture during the inspection. Areas that are concealed or not visible cannot be inspected.
• Inspection Scope: Our standard inspection doesn’t include invasive checks like pipework under floors. Special requests for full invasive surveys can be arranged.
• Liability: Escaan Inspection isn’t responsible for any damage during or after the inspection, or for third-party work done based on our findings.
• Reporting: Our service includes a full interior inspection and a digital report. If you need the report uploaded elsewhere, extra charges will apply.
• Third-Party Work: We offer recommended solution partners, but we’re not responsible for their work.
• Inspection Duration: A typical inspection lasts up to 2 hours, unless the property has more than 5 bedrooms.
• Your Presence: You’re welcome to attend the inspection, but Escaan Inspection isn’t liable for any personal injury or lost items during your visit. Your presence is at your own risk.
• Data Use: By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you permit us to use property maintenance data to improve our services.
